Southeast Regional Director
Lisa Davidson joined the team at The Loomex Group at the Peterborough Airport in 2015 with a vast amount of aviation experience and training, including having attained a Transport Canada Glider Pilot licence and a Private Pilot Licence.
Prior to joining The Loomex Group, her experience as a Standards Officer for the Department of National Defence, developed her strong management and problem-solving skills, which were refined through 5+ years implementing a youth flight training program which included leading and coordinating up to 40 students and 30 staff. Her military experience developed her written and oral communication skills through professional practice with senior military officials.
Currently as Director of Airports, Lisa is responsible for overseeing the administration and operations of six airports managed by The Loomex Group.
Her role includes supervising the airport teams, ensuring regulatory compliance during all types of operations and maintaining a safe operating environment for aircraft, vehicles and persons both airside and groundside.
Lisa is headquartered at the Peterborough Airport as the Airport Manager where she is also responsible for providing coordination, communication, administrative, operational and safety management support, in a variety of situations ranging from routine operations to airfield and groundside emergencies.
